We use the best Caputo 'tipo 00' pizzeria flour from Italy that is only available in 25KG bags! This flour includes wheat that came from the Canadian Prairies. All of our mixes are prepared in Canada and contain no preservatives or added sugar. Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, many of them organic.
